Playing Responsibly
Orientplay Ltd. offers you a fun service, but always remember to play responsibly! Orientplay Ltd. is dedicated to supporting responsible gaming behaviour, spreading awareness concerning dependencies on gambling and improving policies of intervention and care for this problem.
Orientplay Ltd.'s 'Responsible Gaming' policy has the objective of reducing the negative aspects of gambling dependency and promoting responsible gaming habits. Problematic gaming behaviour may include the loss of the sense of fun that casual gambling is meant to generate. Worse still, viewing gambling as a way to make money or 'chasing losses', or trying to win back money that the player had previously lost is indicative of problematic behaviour. A problem gambler often believes that he has special luck or abilities or that his bad luck may be about to change.
If you find that you are gambling not just for enjoyment, and you find yourself chasing losses and betting more, the result is a vicious circle of increasing losses and increased betting to recover the losses. On this page, you will find some useful advice and resources to avoid dependency. You can find help here should you need it.

Advice for Use
Orientplay Ltd. considers it a duty to ensure that you—our customers—can enjoy betting on our site whilst remaining aware of the possible social and economic harm associated with gambling. For many people, gambling is exciting and entertaining. They make careful decisions about how to spend their time and money, where to go and how to have fun.
Gambling can be fun, pleasurable and exciting, but it is essential to know how to control oneself and follow some basic guidelines:
- Decide on a loss limit ahead of time and stick to it
- Low-risk gambling is a way of playing with very little chance of losing control. The key to low-risk gambling is to realize that "it's only a game."
- Never borrow money to gamble
- Set a time limit
- Take frequent breaks
- Balance gambling with other activities
- Don't gamble when highly stressed, depressed, intoxicated or troubled in some other way
- Only gamble with money set aside for entertainment, never with money for everyday expenses
- Take advantage of the possibility to play for free. This way, you can get used to the sound effects and graphics, as well as learn the rules of the game.
- Never place a bet for more than you can afford.
- Never play when you are tired or under the influence of alcohol.
- Retain some of your winnings. Put money aside and play another day.
- Do not go into debt to be able to play.
Controls and Limits on Gaming
If you feel that you need help with setting controls and limits on your Casino Lunch account, you may take immediate action and put limits on what you can do with your account with us.
In order to better support our players and to allow them to play according to their own limitations, we provide our staff with appropriate training on responsible gaming and we can implement the following functions on our account:
- Set the maximum limit that you can bet within a determined period of time.
- Set the maximum amount of losses within a determined period of time.
- Set the maximum duration of each gaming session.
- Exclude yourself from a game for a determined or undetermined period of time.
In order to do this, simply forward your instructions via email to
support@casinolunch.com.
All instructions pertaining to raising or removing the limit, or reducing the period of exclusion will go into effect 7 days after receiving your instructions. This will allow us to carefully review your decision. Reducing the limit or extending your exclusion period, however, go into effect immediately upon receipt of your communication.
In all of our games, you can set the maximum duration for a gaming session. The TIMER function appears on the screen every 60 minutes, (or more frequently depending on your settings) and remembers how long you have been playing. Once the bet has been placed, the player can then continue to play or close the game application. For further information on this function, contact our Customer Care Team.
